Stewed pork with Porcini mushrooms

Ingredients:

Pork meat (fillet, ribs),

Or veal or chicken - 1 kg

Porcini mushrooms Markogi - 1jar/can 500 g

Spices - black pepper, salt, savory

Onions - 2 pc

Carrots - 2 pc

 

 

Preparation: Put the meat in a baking dish and add the spices, along with chopped onions and carrots. Put the Porcini mushrooms on top and add ½ glass of water. The dish is covered with foil and is baked for 60 minutes at 200oC.

Stuffed Peppers

markogi recipe - peeled capia peppers

Ingredients:

Defrozen roasted,

Peeled Capia peppers Markogi - 1 kg;

Ground meat - 500 g

Onions - 2 pc

Tomatoes - 2 pc

Rice - 250 g

Spices - black pepper, salt, savory

Oil - 20 ml

Preparation: Fry a little the ground meat, together with the onions. Then add the rice with the spices and 1 L water, add the tomatoes. After the rice becomes soft, stuff the peppers, put them in a baking dish, add some more water and bake them for 30 minutes at 200oC.

Musaka with eggplant

Markogi recipe - musaka

Ingredients:

Ground meat - 500 g

Grilled eggplant Markogi - 1 jar

Onions - 2 pc

Tomatoes - 3-4 pc

Yoghurt, eggs, flour

Spices - black pepper, salt, savory

Oil - 20 ml

 

Preparation: Stew the ground meat in oil together with the onions and add the spices. In an oily baking dish and alternate the ground meat with the grilled eggplant. On top put the sliced tomatoes. Everything is poured with a mixture of yoghurt, eggs and flour. Bake it for 30 minutes at 200oC.
