Fried Porcini mushrooms

The mushrooms are wild and gathered from the mountains in Bulgaria. The processing of the mushrooms is managed by a multilevel control with experts who ensure the product is prepared in accordance with all food safety regulations. Porcini mushrooms are not washed, they are cleaned by hand, cut in cubes, fried in sunflower oil, hermetically closed, sterilized and have shelf life 36 months. This is an organic and completely ecological product, which means that on rare occasions, you could find some natural residues like a pine needle or a grain of sand.

ingredients chili, garlic, dill, fenugreek, basil, coriander, savory, salt, water. Spicy and fragrant, it makes a great completion of a perfect meal. We started exporting it to Russia, then to USA and since recently we sell it in Bulgaria.
